MANILA, Philippines—The Wonju DB Promy sorely missed the providers of Ethan Alvano on Wednesday.
With the Fil-American guard unavailable, Wonju suffered a 97-63 whipping by the hands of the Seoul SK Knights at Jamsil College students’ Gymnasium.
Jameel Warney powered the Knights with a double-double efficiency of 29 factors and 14 rebounds.
Jun-hyung Choi added 17 factors, constructed on three triples, for defending champion Seoul, which improved to a 16-12 slate.
The 26-year-old Alvano has emerged as one in all Wonju’s essential weapons in solely his first season within the KBL.
Alvano is averaging 13.6 factors, 3.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.3 steals per recreation for DB Promy, who fell to 11-18.
Wonju had 4 gamers scoring 10 apiece within the loss whereas Lennard Freeman had eight factors and 13 rebounds.
